Only once you have chosen to respond to one of the adverts through our messaging service will your personally
selected contact details be released at the end of the e-mail you send out. None of your personal details will ever appear
on the online advertising pages. This gives you the opportunity to research the suitability of another
advertiser before deciding whether to pursue things further.

Registration lasts for three months, and at the end of this period you can renew your advertisement if you still have a vacant position,
again at no charge. The three month registration not only entitles you to place your advertisement online,
but it also enables you to view further details of any of the nannies who have also registered their availability
with My-NannyDirect. You can then contact any of the registered nannies through our unique messaging system.
Please note that if you register as a FAMILY, you can only view
the full details for 'Nanny Adverts'. You will NOT be able to view the full details of other 'Family Adverts'.

Register with My-NannyDirect to place your free advertisement online.
As a nanny, once registered you will be registered for life (your details can be removed at any time should you so wish).
This allows you to return to the site and place an updated advertisment whenever you require a new position. Once you have
registered and created your advertisement, you will then be able to view further details of any families who have also
registered their vacancy with My-NannyDirect. You can then contact any of the registered families through our unique
messaging system.

| Families and Nannies seeking to Nanny Share |
Register with My-NannyDirect as either a Family or a Nanny looking for a Nanny Share.
Nanny Share is a specific approach to part-time child-care whereby a single Nanny divides her work between between more
than one family. This arrangement can benefit both parties. For example, should a Nanny wish to work a four-day week and
coincidentally, two independent Families living in close proximity needed a Nanny but only for four mornings a week and
four afternoons respectively, then the Nanny could divide her time between the two families.
It may also be the case that a Family who already has a Nanny working for them may wish to seek another Family to share
their Nanny with. It may be that a Family no longer needs their Nanny full-time, but would like to retain the stability
that continuing to employ the same valued and trusted Nanny would provide. In situations such as these, Nanny Share would
be a convincing solution for all parties concerned.
