To enhance safety, peace of mind and full information about your nanny, we
strongly recommend that parents take advantage of our comprehensive package.
We are the experts and ask the questions that you may find difficult to put or
may not even have thought about. Our objective and professional
approach will also enable you and your nanny to start your
relationship free of any potential embarrassment.
However, we have divided the service into the two major components for those
who wish to carry out part of it themselves. There is a substantial
discount when the full assessment service is chosen.

| Detailed report on an individual comprising all of the
components outlined below which include in-depth interview,
personality profile, two personal reference checks from previous
employers, health and background checks. |

| Interview and personality profile |

| Recorded interview with candidate by experienced
and qualified interviewers, covering such areas as life history,
schooling, childhood experiences, attitudes towards child care and
general aptitude. (competency based questions). Completion by the
candidate, under supervision, of a well researched and validated
personality profile designed to assess aspects of personality that
people recognise and refer to in everyday life to understand their
own and others' behaviour. |

Full employment check and written references from last 2 employers. |

Criminal Record Check
Check with the Criminal Record Bureau. This search
is at the Enhanced level which contains information held on the
Police National Computer, Department of Health, Department for
Education and Skills and local police records. |

Health Check
Health Declaration and Report from candidate's Doctor as to health and suitability of Candidate. |
|
|
 Both packages include examination and verification of relevant documents: birth certificate, passport, driving licence (where held), any qualifications held.
